The Contest Process
Participating in the Nailpro cover contest involves creativity, skill, and a few simple steps. Here’s how you can enter and potentially see your artwork on the cover:
Submission Guidelines
- Email your submission to Mai-Quyen Nguyen at [email protected] with the subject line “Nailpro Social Cover Contest: [Issue] 2022 – [Nail Tech’s Name]”. Ensure you update the issue month accordingly.
- Include your first and last name, license number, and the state where you are licensed.
- Attach photos of your top five nail sets to showcase your talent.
- Provide your social media handle and a link to your social profile or portfolio.
- Create and attach an inspiration/mood board based on the issue’s themes.
- Write a brief description of your cover concept, highlighting your ideas and artistic expression.
Eligibility and Rules
To maintain fairness and quality, the following rules apply:
- Only licensed nail techs are eligible to enter and must provide their license details for verification.
- Your cover design must be brand neutral and exclusive to Nailpro.
- Submissions are subject to change in terms or dates, with updates available on Nailpro’s website and social media.
- Contestants can only win once per calendar year. Winners must accept or decline the offer within 48 hours of being chosen.
- Nailpro reserves the right to request revisions of the cover photos.
- No purchase or payment is required to enter or increase winning chances.
- Winners’ mood boards will be shared for public voting on Nailpro’s social media.
The Rewards
Winning the contest grants more than just bragging rights. The rewards include:
- A $300 honorarium upon publication of your cover artwork.
